Outings

SUNDAY
My parents, Daniel, Lucy and I went to Joe and Margaret's for lunch. After that a quick trip on their boat. Let's just say that Lucy did not like her lifevest one bit...

After we got back to the dock Daddy wore Lucy's lifevest to make her laugh.

TUESDAY

Lucy still doesn't like food. We are trying it daily now but she still won't eat much.

Daddy, Mommy, Darren, and Alisha went to an Angels game. Lucy stayed with Gramma and Grampa.

THURSDAY

Lucy decided she didn't want me to take her picture anymore.

FRIDAY

Tonight we went to the Orange Fair. They close off the circle in Orange and the surrounding streets. Each street is named after a country and has food and music accordinly. It was a lot of fun but now I'm tired!! Good night.

Angels Fans

James and Lucy in their Angels gear
I got you!
Stay back, I'll protect you!
What's going on?
Man, she's taken twenty pictures. What do I have to do to get her to stop? Oh, I know!

Silly Sleeper!

Lucy always seems to have an appendage or two out the side of her crib. The night after this she had both her legs all the way out! Sometimes she have an arm and a leg out. Haha, she's so silly.

Smiles!!!

There was a 15 minute period today where Lucy was oh so very happy!!! She was "reading" her book that has a mirror on every page... my little narcissist! I got the camera out and captured the moment so I would know I wasn't dreaming.

After Lucy's happy time we meet her buddy, James, and his mom at the park for a picnic. We walked around the lake and then went to register for MOPS. Oh yay, it's going to be so much fun!

Mirrors and Drool

If you click on the pictures you will get the full-size versions. You can really see all the drool coming from her mouth!

Mountain View Park

Lucy and I went to the mall one day and stopped at a small park on the way home. It was her first time to sit in the grass.... which was wet.

More food picts

Haha so here are a couple more funny food pictures. Lucy enjoys (sorta) pears and rice cereal or a combo of the two. She does not like applesauce. After one bite she refused to open her mouth to let more in, both yesterday and today. Unlike pears and rice cereal where she will open her mouth and give us funny faces.

I can feed myself!

I'm done, get me out of here!

It's been 11 days...

Eleven days, huh, wow. That surprises me, I hadn't realized it's been that long. Lucy's new "thing" is to scream and cry all day, fall asleep ONLY when I am holding her, wake up when I set her down, and generally be cranky all the time. Oh then there is the massive amount of drool and tell-tale signs of teething but no teeth yet. Fun stuff. In fact, there she goes waking up from her very short nap (you know, because I set her down). So I must leave, I have lots of pictures but they are still on my camera. More later, thanks for reading.

Pears!

Mommy and Daddy got me all ready for my first experience with "real" food!
Ummmm... I'm not sure if I like pears....
OOOhhhh! Camera!
Nope, the spoon didn't make it taste any better Mom
Nope, Daddy didn't make it taste better either
Oh yummy! Water to make this taste go away!

Well, we will just have to try again :)
