We went to visit Sarah in Las Vegas this weekend. We left around 7pm Friday night and Lucy slept the whole way. She did pretty well the whole weekend, a little fussy here and there. She had her own room, too! I wasn't too keen on the idea but Daniel had already set up her bed ("It's in the wrong room!!") We bought a baby monitor and it worked out just fine. You couldn't hear anything from the downstairs when you were up. It was very nice to watch TV at night and actually hear it!
We went to an outdoor shopping center called Town Square Las Vegas. Not only did it have lots of places to shop, it had a nice park area for kids to play. Here are Daddy and Lucy in the grass.
Everyone was there with kids and they were very friendly.
One of the places we ate at was The Cracked Egg. They had delicous food and good service. Outside was a small courtyard area we played in for a few minutes before we left.
This weekend Lucy learned to stand up all on her own. She would put her hands down, straighten her legs, then check between them to see who was watching!! Hehe, it was very cute. She did that for a couple days then she stood up. Now she's a pro and loving it!

On our way home today we stopped at my mom's. Lucy had fun playing on the swing set and trampoline.
She also had a blast playing on the drums with Grampa Danny.
We left at around 7am this morning to get breakfast and Starbucks; got on the 15 around 8 and Lucy slept the whole way to my mom's. We played there for a few hours and had lunch; then she slept the whole way home! Yipee!!!

Im glad you guys were able to come out and hang with me this weekend...was sad to see you guys go this morning... I know our schedules are both crazy, but it was really fun to be able to hang out.... and Miss Lucy is a crack up! She is definately entertaining...:) Just made me realize how much I miss you guys!
